Hello everyone! Yesterday Addison and I went to London to do a little shopping. I can't believe how busy it was out. Everyone must be out shopping for Back-to-School. WOW! September's just around the corner. Where did summer go? My baby girl is going to be 3 months old on Thursday. Time is flying by way too fast :( Slow DOWN :) Okay, anyways, today's Copy Cat is a layout by Liz of Paislee Press. Love her simple style! Check out her gallery for more inspiring layouts. - Tara

Happy Tuesday!! I know many of us are right in the middle of "back to school" season, and I hope you are all enjoying the new year and hope your kids all have wonderful teachers!! Tomorrow will be day 3 of Tanner's first week of Pre-K. He is absolutely loving it so far! Let's hope it stays that way!!
So you all know the drill, it's Tuesday, Let us be inspired!!
Artist: Elena
This layout is so darn creative! I just love the concept and she scrapped it wonderfully.
Artist: Brenda
This layout is CaaaAUte! The dark background is so striking and that boy is just darling! She's gonna have a heartbreaker on her hands in a few years!!
Artist: Katg1006
I just really love that number cluster, and the moment she captured the day before her son turned 5. Just a great layout!
Artist: MaryRogers
Mary has a great thing going with a Lyric book for her teenage son. And she has been scrapping some great "teen boy" layouts. I love this song, and I just LOVE that photo.
Artist: Lialotito
I am really drawn to these simple, one photo, simple statement layouts lately. Love the dimension and the placement of elements!
Artist: Muddygirl
The clean lines, the color scheme and that bold title, just three reasons why I love this page. That series of photos is just so cute, and that font is just to die for ;)
Artist: Ingridfasquelle
This AAM page is so fun and colorful! She looks like fun chick to me! I really love the shadows and how "real" this page looks!
Artist: ezane
I really wanted to go on a road trip this summer, but that didn't happen. Anyhow ezane DID go on a road trip and she scrapped it. And I love it. The fun elements, and fun pictures looks like they had a great time!
Artist: Tove
I love how the same photo is repeated with different treatments, this whole page makes such a statement! Fabulous!
Artist: juliet
I always love seeing layouts that capture funny things kids say! And this one with the quote bubbles is just genius. Such a fun and whimsy feel!
Artist: kel
I love the design here and it's nice to see a page about our own friendships. And the photo on the puzzle piece is awesome!
Artist: 1gr8muggle
Oh this graphic style gets. me. every. time. I just love love love it. Don't they look so happy?! Love the pink and black/white color scheme. She used the word art perfectly. I just can't say enough about this layout!
Edited to add: OK, you MUST click on this to see the whole layout until i can figure out how to get the whole thing to post here! Sorry!!

Creative Challenge #36
Hello friends! It's Kayleigh this week with a really fun challenge for you for this Monday morning (or whenever you happen to read this). You all know I love stitching right? And I NEVER ever go out of control using it right? In case you didn't know Anna Aspnes' stitching is my absolute favourite style & I have rarely finished a page without using it since she began creating these Stitched by Anna sets. They seem to have the perfect amount of messy with loose ends. The set I used on my page below is her newest white one which is Stitched by Anna No. 05. They are unpredictable & I guess that is what I love about it. The white is a true white ... oh I could go on forever!
Anyways ... your challenge this week!
Create a grid using stitching. Simple. Fun.
{All images are clickable for larger version & linked to galleries for full credit lists.}
Here is my page where I intertwined the stitching grid with the photo cluster:
Here is a page that Tara posted the other night of her little Addi with a stitched grid:
I love this interesting effect the stitching with the paper has here on this page by Doris aka echogirl:
Here is some stitching that is part of a great template by Katie, I love how the stitching frames the photos. Such a great page by Njoy:
Inspired? I hope so. Now go scrap!

Copy Cat Wednesday #33
Well, summer is almost over for those of us that have kids going to school this year! We start Pre-K on Monday and for us, it might as well be Kindergarten, 5 days a week, uniforms and all. So for this weeks Copy Cat, I chose Christinas Page about her sons favorite DVD's.
I love the colorful and fun feel, and the multi photo design was perfect for capturing a few of the things the kids did this summer!
I hope you join us in lifting Christinas!!!

Gallery Inspiration - Project 365 Style!
Hi everyone! It's Kayleigh here this week & I thought I would take a spin on the inspiration this week by featuring some standout 365 pages that are in the galleries. With having a toddler & new baby this year I decided back in January that focusing on taking a photo every day was too much for me. However, now seeing these pages week after week is making me wonder what my family's weeks would look like. What little bits might we be able to remember that we may have forgotten already? So ya, I think I am in for next year.
I love what Elena is doing with her 365 pages, each week I get excited to see what she adds to her week element wise & to see what she has been up to as well. This template is one of my all time faves by Ali (and I used it recently too!) All around fantastic! Artist: Elena
Katrina is one of my favourite photographers - she has such a neat eye for capturing moments in an interesting way. She even is offering classes at Get it scrapped! Katrina explored her options template wise & after a few options (and some voting!) she settled on this great design for her year in review. And it's looking great! Artist: katrinak
I love the look of this page - the long narrow strips, the stapled down day of the week, an element to go with the photo each day, & the bit of journaling. Wow I just love it! Artist: kellyos
How about mixing up the photo finishes for an interesting look like Linda has done here? Stunning if you ask me. I love the nice summery feeling of the Alandia Tropics Kit as well. Another great one! Artist: earlofoxford
I love grids. I love squares. I love stitching. I love Ali's writing. Yup I love this set-up indeed. Artist: supertwinkle
This page isn't part of a 365 project but the design & concept could be. I love the collection of photos mixed with the elements tucked into the boxes. I feel totally inspired by this work of art - how about you? Artist: TracyMB
Another fun idea is using a cluster frame like this. Katie has a ton of amazing cluster frames in the designer digitals store. The brushwork rocks here too! Well done!
Artist: dorah
I can't wait to see this book come all together at the end of the year. Deanie's photography just shines here. Crusie through her gallery for lots of inspiration. Artist: deanie
I love the dimension that Kelly's pages have week after week with her interesting photo mats. Very cool idea. Another great idea she has is to feature one photo that is her favourite from the month. Brilliant. Artist: mugsbigsis
I love the idea of wrapping up a month with a calender of photos like this. Smart eh? Artist: MIDA78466
So if you are part of this 365 project already, any advice as to how to stick to it or any wisdom you have learned along the way for those of us sitting on the fence. Does anyone wish that they had started this back in January like me? Anyone thinking of starting randomly just because? Be sure to also check out the Designer Digitals P[hoto} A Day Flickr group for some amazing photography inspiration. Love visiting that gallery every once in awhile. I am always in awe. - kayleigh

Copy Cat Wednesday #32
Good day everyone! Kayleigh here with some inspiration for you to lift today! I had a ton of fun lifting this page of the fabulous Jen D's. She totally rocked this one photo page even though she says she isn't good at them! And how totally adorable is her sweet little Hannah?! I love the block design that she created. It is a easy way to incorporate lots of papers. I also love her scripty Ali title & how she made it look like a sticker. The bits of striped paper along the top & bottom of the grouping add focus to it. man ... i could just keep going on & on but supper does need to be made tonight. Can't wait to see how you are inspired by this great page! Be sure to check out Jen D's gallery for more inspiration!

It has been an inspiring week all around the digi world! I have quite a few to show off today!! Click the pages to see full credits and leave them some love!!
I have really been drawn to some super simple layouts lately, I love that with very little journaling she tells a story a memory of being a family of three Artist: T_a_l_i
The large photo really stands out here, and I am a complete sucker for the photos of taken from this perspective. The texture of the photo blended with the paper here is fabulous! Artist: Janbull
The bright colors, the textures, the fun photos, what is NOT to love about this great page? Artist: CindyS
This layout by Artist: Crissy is fantastic! I love the kraft and pink color scheme, the treatment on the photo, and the fun journaling.Sometimes it's good to scrap things that make us swoon ;)
This page just makes me smile! What a great idea to SCRAP your pages! I love the bold colored title and seeing all of her wonderful pages all in one spot! Great idea, and a fun page to look at! Artist: Carolee
Another simple and stunning page here by Artist: Therese. That photo deserves to be huge and the center of attention, that smile is just CUTE. And I really love the photo treatment!
Just a fun, fun summer page! I love the photo of summer "pool feet", and that little sun at the top is just the PERFECT accent here! Artist: BridgetL
This page stood out at me for the obvious reason, that stunning photo! But the way she scrapped it is STUNNING as well! And can you believe she drove 130 miles to TARGET?! I can't say I wouldn't do the same thing, especially if this was my view!! Artist: Kathie02
This page is fantastic in design, and use of color for sure, but what really stood out to me was the journaling! Oh how I would have LOVED to get a phone call or letter from my older self when i was younger, Oh how I needed it. This really struck me, as I would have said MANY of the same things to my younger self!! Artist: Ashlegg
I love the soft pink background, the simple statement, and perfect accents this page adorns. And that acrylic Alpha is just PERFECT here! Artist: Echogirl
